THE VILLA

 

It consists of 3 floors, one floor with living room - dining room - kitchen which consists of an area completely open to the swimming pool, a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower.

The second floor consists of 4 rooms, 1 double room with private terrace with double bed and sofa bed and a desk, 2 rooms with single beds and a room with double bed, wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, desk, and all rooms connected to a spacious terrace with sea views.

The third floor is the basement which has just been renovated and recently refurbished, and consists of: A games room with pool table, bar, 98-inch TV, a small fridge and dishwasher, two rooms with double beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. They also have a washer/dryer area for guests to use.The swimming pool area is completely private, and consists of a spacious pool, a relaxation area and a dining area, barbecue and an outdoor shower.The house has high-speed wireless network in all rooms, all bedrooms and the living room have central air conditioning with Airzone, so the temperature can be controlled from every room in the house. It also has two parking spaces.
